Maartje, previously known as Maribelle, is looking for a home 🩷

For this fantastic girl, we are looking for another house. Maartje has been living with us for about six months now, but for various reasons we are unfortunately not the right match for her. The hustle and bustle of a family with 4 young children is too much. Maartje likes the children very much. When there are also friends from school and also on weekends/holidays, she finds less rest. We think that with fewer children or slightly older children, she will not suffer from this.

In addition, our cat is very scared and has been living in a room on the first floor for months. Maartje herself treats her very well. Doesn't chase after her and actually ignores her completely when our cat does come downstairs to eat.

Maartje is a real stuffed animal and prefers to lie tight against you on the couch. But if you move to the kitchen, she will lie there under the table.

In the months she has been with us, she has learned a lot. She runs neatly on the belt and also regularly freaks out with us. She knows several commands and is largely housebroken. She sometimes thinks driving a car is okay, sometimes still exciting. It is not clear to me what is different at times when she does find it exciting.

She loves other dogs. She is very enthusiastic but also submissive in her game and can get along with all other dogs so far. We think she'll have a lot of fun alert and rather very eager to see strangers. She still doesn't always manage to keep her feet on the ground. Fortunately, this is getting better and better.

We are looking for someone who can give her all the love and attention she deserves because she really has a golden heart 🩷
